ABOUT ME
I was born in 1974 in Finland. I left my country in 1993 to study and work in the United States and various European countries. In 2000, I settled in Paris. Since then, I have been gently torn between my two home countries. My life is in Paris but I tend to spend as much time as I can in Finland in the summer, enjoying the light, the lakes, the forests, the wild flowers - the nature in full bloom. My paintings are often influenced by my Nordic origins.
I have participated in various exhibitions, mainly in cultural centres of the City of Paris. I attended art history classes at Ecole du Louvre in 2003 and 2004. Since 2005 I have attended the atelier of Yves Desvaux Veeska*, a French painter and arts teacher.
